Jonathan Rabinowitz
Jonathan Rabinowitz serves as the Managing Partner for Morgan & Morgan’s Kentucky
offices. In addition to his duties as Managing Partner for Morgan & Morgan, he is
a co-owner of For The People Racing Stables, which owns and breeds thoroughbred racehorses.
Jonathan is also coowner of Global Sports Management Group which represents professional
athletes, and he is also co-owner of the Amsden Bourbon Bar located in Versailles,
Kentucky. Jonathan graduated Magna Cum Laude from Newberry College where he played
football and was Student Body President. Thereafter, he obtained his Juris Doctor
from the University of Louisville School of Law, where he was Torts Editor of the
Journal of Law and Education.
In April of 2020 Mr. Rabinowitz was appointed by Governor Beshear as Chairman of the
Kentucky Horse Racing Commission. He was also named the Chair of the Kentucky Horsemen
Race Date Committee. Prior to that time Mr. Rabinowitz was appointed to Governor
Beshear’s Transition Team for the Public Protection Cabinet.
Jonathan is married to Kathleen Kelly Rabinowitz with whom he as 3 children: Caroline,
Madelynn and Charlotte. Additionally, Jonathan is a parishioner of St. Leo Church
in Versailles, Kentucky, is a NFLPA Certified Contract Advisor and is a member of
the Kentucky Justice Association and American Association for Justice.
