Kentucky State University professor named chair of community advisory council
A Kentucky State University professor was recently named the chair of the Foundation for a Healthy Kentucky Community Advisory Council. Dr. LeChrista Finn, an associate professor at Kentucky State, is the newly named chair. Finn has served on the council since 2014. Kentucky State University senior received Joyce Dishman Owens scholarship
A Kentucky State University senior recently received the Joyce Dishman Owens scholarship, named for a former president of the Beta Gamma Omega chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. Owens was also a Kentucky State alumna and retired employee.
